Any attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our publicly facing infrastructure without explicit written authorization (such as a signed Bug Bounty agreement) is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a hostile act.

Specific engagements (Vulnerability Assessments, Red Teaming, Advisory) are governed by separate Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an MSA, the MSA takes precedence.
You agree to indemnify and hold PsyberBull harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, PsyberBull's total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to PsyberBull in the 12 months preceding the event.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the Information Technology Act, 2000. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
