We do not sell data. Ever. We are not an ad-tech company; we are a security firm. Your data is used exclusively to:

• Respond to your direct inquiries.
• Deliver "PsyberBull Intelligence" briefings (if you opted in).
• Verify identity for access to sensitive resources (Academy/Reports).

Your data is stored in our encrypted enclave.

• Encryption: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit.
• Access Control: Strict Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP). Only authorized personnel can access client data.
• MFA: All internal access requires hardware-backed multi-factor authentication.

For our Advisory, Red Teaming, and Assessment clients, specific Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) supersede this general policy. Client vulnerability data is compartmentalized and never stored on public-facing web servers.
